Cities

What makes a city good? Bad?

It’s mostly just personal opinion. Yet when you ask people why they like or dislike somewhere, the answers they give are often half-formed and incomplete. They haven’t thought deeply about the why.

This is my fun attempt at thinking a little more about the why. My hope is that you find this useful as you decide where to travel next.

Note: This list does not include places you would obviously not want to travel to (like Akron, Ohio, or Burns, Oregon).
